What you need:
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 scoops of RSP Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2/3 cup fresh blueberries

What to do:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine wet ingredients and set aside. Combine dry ingredients and then mix both together. Fold in blueberries. Scoop batter into muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Best served warm!
