Sweeten Up Your Swolemate This Valentine's Day
If your better half is anything like mine, the ideal date night would include chalk, lifting straps, lots of iron and sweat. While some may take that as a kinky rendezvous at home, it's really just another night in the gym for my Swolemate and me.
Sure, we enjoy the occasional dinner and movie but what really gets us excited is a good pump, Pandora radio and a couple RSP protein shakes.
We lift. It's what we do. More importantly, it's who we are and if you're anything like we are, your Valentine's Day isn't spent eating chocolate and sipping wine. It's in the gym dropping weights and trying not to puke. (Ok, maybe not THAT intense but you get my drift.)
So, before you bust out the bubbly and chocolate covered everythings, treat your Swolemate to a Valentine's Day they'll never forget (and hopefully feel the next day) with this special V-Day workout and the sweetest post-gym treats for you and your Valentine.

RSP Frozen Milkshake Recipe
Here's what you need:
- Your Favorite RSP Protein
- 2% Milk
- Ice Trays
Directions:
Make a protein shake as directed on label. Pour the mixed protein into the ice trays and freeze. Once frozen blend protein cubes and 2% milk until desired consistency. Add fresh or frozen fruit to add excitement.
Now that you've heated things up in the gym and then cooled them down in the kitchen, it's a great time to relax and let your body's recover together. A good massage never hurt anyone after a hard gym session, right?
Happy Valentine's Day, Swolemates!
